Years ago my brother in law had a huge dog that I thought was a huge Boxer breed. His name was Rocky. I meet this animal for the first time and within minutes he was extremely playful. But huge. He instantly wants me to play tug the rope and catch and after about an hour of non stop petting and playing with him I find out I've been playing with a giant Pitbull and not a really fat boxer which is what I thought he was because of how jovial his personality was and how energetic. I instantly shivered because I was terrified of Pitties due to the press they get. This dog recently passed but it was a gigantic and powerful pitbull and it never hurt anyone. But he was strong and tall. He would stand on its hindlegs and lean on your chest with its huge claws and that would hurt but he could have easily mauled me and I wouldn't have been able to overpower it. It was a really big dog. And such a good boy.

That said I hope Roadpigs pitbull is huge and not standard sized.

Even people who seem to be good responsible owners have had dogs that went ape shit and attacked. I've heard the stories, first and secondhand. Pitbull are the number one breed of the "street" or whatever you want to call it. I don't dislike the breed itself, but they seem to have a near constant association with irresponsible, apathetic, or down right criminal people.

Here in Philly area, there have been a couple recent incidents where these dogs got loose and attacked people and the cops had to shoot the dogs.

While not exactly a political discussion, I've read enough instagram comments to know these types of discussions around dog breeds can spiral out of control quickly.

Plenty of Classified news to talk about outside of dangerous dog breeds.

I was too tired to type it last night after midnight, but there was a lot of chatter about Retro releases, accuracy,repaints, redos etc. But didn't Emily in one stream say that it was the "Retro card back line" not necessarily the Retro line as in accurate to ARAH or Sunbow? I remember her distinctly saying something like that. Leaves it open to them kind of doing whatever if that's the case.

That's interesting. I didn't hear that, but from every release we've seen so far my interpretation is that the "Retro" refers to at least the color scheme and design of the original ARAH *figure.* In most cases, these would align with the cartoon because the cartoon models were (usually) linked to the toys... right? Have we seen any Retro release yet of a character whose figure and cartoon model are different? I can't think of any offhand... we'd have to see an Ace, Airborne, or Breaker and then we might know if there's a single model they're following for "This is what Retro means."

Ah ha! Answered my own question: Lady Jaye. The Retro has the same color shade and accessories of the 1985 figure, rather than the cartoon.*I feel like that means at least the look they're going for is the ARAH toyline as a rule.

I do not care for Road Pig coming with a pet, in all honesty. Deluxe, large-size figure. Leave it at that. I think there's enough value there, alone.

NF Shockwave looks fantastic. Not interested, personally, but I think they did a fantastic job. Pics of Wreckage and the Paw look nice, too.

Add me to the list of folks being skeptical that this leak perfectly represents the final HasLab package. Though, Raven would be a treat.

Any dangers or negative connotation the breed may carry - real or imagined - would be a positive for a dreadnok anyway.
