I still kind of wish the hat was molded onto his head, but otherwise he’s really cool. I’ve never really been a fan of the tech armor, so I’m biased. But I don’t think the overall look loses anything without it.

I’m basically at the point where a full reorganization of my display needs to happen because I’m completely out of room. I have a plan (that will have to be worked out before the Dragonfly arrives) but I haven’t quite found the motivation to shift it all as of yet.

For me it was the armor on the shins and those not-so-friendly Beach Head V1 legs. I'm not against armor or shin armor on the right figures, however for Shockwave I prefer the more streamlined look and the Retro Duke legs are much better for posing.

I can say that I didn’t dig the armor from the start, but I would agree that it can work for the right figure. I’m fine with it for the standard release Shockwave actually. Here it just isn’t needed and it looks better IMO.

Night Force is looking pretty strong now. I passed on NF Shooter and Tunnel Rat, kinda reconsidering that. Neither are exciting to me, but they look good together.

Shooter may have the best overall head sculpt of the line. Definitely the best female. I think I saw TR was on sale at Wally. I can’t help it, there have been very few figures that I’ve passed on. One was Desert SE and you can see him in my display lol. IDK how that he even got there.

Well I ordered Wreckage and the Tiger Paw ATV from Australia with $50 AUD off with a voucher & the Australian release being several weeks earlier than the UK release that suits me fine.

Not sure who is going to be the most suitable driver for the ATV yet though ; Dusty is a bit to Green and would clash a bit, Recondo is a bit to Black and though he doesn't clash with the colour he doesn't really match it either. Flint is kinda Orange so he doesn't Match and Duke is brown so "maybe" on him. Perhaps I just have to accept they've not made anyone yellow enough to really blend with it as yet. I guess Outback wouldn't look to shabby on it though.

A TF Airtight or Shipwreck should work Lifeline might work as well, perhaps Beachhead too.

In terms of the international colours there is a few possible options for later such as Blizzard or Sneak Peek There is a bit of red on the vehicle too and TF Tunnel Rat might get made one day and he's partially red tones.

But you never know when I get it in hand I might find TF Bazooka look super sitting on it.

That Devil Fish custom is inspiring! I have the boat and have not done a damn thing with it other than stack Dreadnoks and Copperhead on it, but man that looks good.
