Classified debuted in 2020, almost half a decade ago, at $39.99 with 00 SE. How many figures MSRP'd for $20? Legit question, as with the exception of OO SE, I had to pick up the rest of those early couple waves on the secondary. Seems like it was fairly quick that we were at $22+ due to "pandemic-related" supply issues, then $24.99 because of inflation.
But again, this is ignoring the point that Posh just trolls the Classified thread. Don't take my word for it though, search his post history here and in last year's (and year before's) thread(s). If he is just a troll, then my apologies. I'm not too familiar with many of the users that don't have recognizable avatars and sigs lol. |

I remember having like 40 preorders that were backed up from a boat or something, that's when retail started changing, but preorders weren't effected. |

Nitpicking a $29 buck figure is crazy man. But I guess this is what it comes down to. Buying cheap stuff and complaining .
I know, I know. You?re entitled to your opinion on your hard earned money. It?s just between bitching gripping and foreshadowing sales, this thread has become a whine fest, every time I visit it. Wait. You?re right. I shouldn?t visit it. I?d rebuttal and say stop whining about cheap toys. Full circle. Threads have become a central ac unit of venting . |

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but Jinx and Torch are suddenly available for shipping on Amazon. Doc is currently out of stock and Night Creeper is still listing a late August release.

Yeah I am entitled to my opinion. To you $25-30 might be nothing. To me these figures I love are a luxury I consider myself very fortunate to be able to afford. If I have a nitpick about what is an otherwise fantastic figure I'll voice it. Wanting a figure that's about the price of a tank of gas to be able to hold his name sake weapon properly out of the box is not asking too much, I think. Maybe I'm the only one bothered by this? People loose their minds about a tiny misspelled word on the Ferret, but a figure not being able to hold a 2 handed weapon with both hands and his finger on the trigger at the same time is ok? I guess I am the problem.
If you're on Facebook, you should check for local collecting groups. A lot of people where I'm from have been selling all kinds of things cheap, or around $20. Takes the thrill of the hunt out of it, but local swaps have been a god send since I've joined up with my locals. |

I don't have all the receipts, but I feel like late 2021 was when they jumped to 22, then it quickly went to 23, and now they're 25.

I think a lot of people are just a little too excited about Joe being back, and in a big boom period. I wouldn't take it personally.

I generally have everything pre-ordered. It's not that I can't afford the figures or I think they are too expensive. But they are not cheap. And anyone who wants to act like they are has more money than sense. The HMS is the only item in the line I have bought where I felt it wasn't worth the price. But Torch is absolutely worth $25 to me. He just could be a little better with one simple fix. |
