I think everything was $19.99 up until the real churn started around the Falcon wave.

I remember having like 40 preorders that were backed up from a boat or something, that's when retail started changing, but preorders weren't effected.

Yeah I am entitled to my opinion. To you $25-30 might be nothing. To me these figures I love are a luxury I consider myself very fortunate to be able to afford. If I have a nitpick about what is an otherwise fantastic figure I'll voice it. Wanting a figure that's about the price of a tank of gas to be able to hold his name sake weapon properly out of the box is not asking too much, I think. Maybe I'm the only one bothered by this? People loose their minds about a tiny misspelled word on the Ferret, but a figure not being able to hold a 2 handed weapon with both hands and his finger on the trigger at the same time is ok? I guess I am the problem.

I think a lot of people are just a little too excited about Joe being back, and in a big boom period. I wouldn't take it personally.

If you're on Facebook, you should check for local collecting groups. A lot of people where I'm from have been selling all kinds of things cheap, or around $20. Takes the thrill of the hunt out of it, but local swaps have been a god send since I've joined up with my locals.

Yep. I just got dinged for Jinx, Torch and Beachhead (who didn't ship with the Snow Serpents and EELs, getting bumped to Aug). I suspect we'll see Night Creepers and Doc ship around SDCC at this rate.

I think Samuntrus might be right on the timeline. Again, it felt pretty quick that they jumped to $22, so '21 would make sense. Though even at that point I think many, if not most of us, were paying flippers/scalpers who were snatching up what little was in stock at the time. The CI stuff was especially hard to find at retail (except for CI Roadblock).

I am incredibly excited about this boom period for JOE! You generally won't find anyone more positive about this line than me and I frequently talk the line up to anyone who will listen. Even figures that are generally crapped on like Covergirl and Falcon ill say good things about. Covergirl especially is a fantastic figure! I'm sorry if anyone here finds my nitpicks bothersome.i wasn't trying to Annoy anybody. Just pointing out a minor flaw with a damn good figure that I hadn't seen anyone mention.

I'm not on Facebook, but I appreciate the advice. I generally have everything pre-ordered. It's not that I can't afford the figures or I think they are too expensive. But they are not cheap. And anyone who wants to act like they are has more money than sense. The HMS is the only item in the line I have bought where I felt it wasn't worth the price. But Torch is absolutely worth $25 to me. He just could be a little better with one simple fix.
