I actually thought the trailer made it feel more like a Captain America movie (Winter Soldier). Remember, they reshot almost the whole film. So this is the best version.
But I understand your skepticism. I am huge all thing Marvel fan, and I have been underwhelmed at almost all their movies since End Game. I am hoping they are righting the ship. I miss the excitement and joy of their movies.

Echoing what other have said, as much as I loved windowed packaging (and as much as I bitched when they briefly did away with it) I too preferred opening figures from the waves with the windowless boxes, easy paper ties, and footlockers with bagged accessories. Torch's accessories were incredibly difficult to get out of his plastic tomb and the whole time that I struggled with them all I could think was damn I miss the windowless boxes for just this one reason.

I can understand both sides of this, for me, i am not a in package collector, so i open virtually everything and so the windowless package was great for me, easy open and remove, sometimes its an absolute pain to try and remove things from the plastic, so thats why i prefer windowless, but again, i also see the otherside of the issue.

My Doc just arrived from Gamestop. I cancelled on Pulse when I put in the order a few days ago. I have a feeling that come late August/early September, poor Doc is going to be getting the outlet treatment as Pulse is going to have a ton of cancellations with people who picked him up from other retailers who fulfilled months earlier. They really need to get their distribution together. It's one thing to have a few day variance between sellers, but months of difference is a bad look.

I assumed (maybe cynically?) that they pushed it to Feb for Black History Month, since it's a Black superhero led film. That seemed to work amazing for Black Panther so why not try and replicate that possible billion dollar movie take? Especially since apparently they had to reshoot a ton of this movie ie massive extra costs.

But maybe I'm just too cynical of Disney due to their unending greed.

I don't get why they just don't have the figure itself in the plastic shell and then have the accessories bagged behind it? Seems the best way to go.

Thats actually a simple solution and some figure lines have and are doing that, but think its Mattel doing that with some of their Masters of the Universe figures, but might be mistaken
