I can see the box art carrying over to the figure boxes on the new Haslab just like if does on the Dragonfly's figure boxes.

Remember the Cobra Commander was kinda a fluke/bonus item as this is the "Gi Joe Classified line" not the retro line.

I think they will want to avoid "Retro" on Haslabs as much as possible so they give themselves somewhere to go with a Retro carded release of a given figure later on (then they can claim it isn't the same toyline) I expect when they finally do another Hisstank that is Black (maybe blue) they'd consider putting it in ARAH like packaging or at least different packaging to Classified and say "ah but that hiss tank you bought was a Classified one.. this is a Retro 6" line one.

They may want that option for more things besides I bet people would feel less guilt about opening a boxed figure - I would feel some distaste if they pressured us into taking Retro carded figures in the classified line Haslabs they are a real swine to open cleanly sometimes.

Seems like they should have just made a landing page saying the site is down for maintenance. It's weird surfing around a store you can't buy anything from. They might have been able to move quicker without having to keep the site up in production. Ah well... not a lot happening over there lately anyways.

That would make sense. Also shows several items that were *sold out* are not now like Stinger, retro CC & trooper.

I am sure there will be a new app version in the store soon.

I said something about there being a retro vehicle assortment as well in less than 2 years i would bet ,maybe a t bubble w/out a figure or a ferret w/no figure a ram no rider etc , i think the vamp if they ever remake it will always come w/clutch , but other small ones like the claw could come on a retro card itself , that would be cool i would pick up a few for sure and throw us an actual 1:1 snake eyes ver 2 on a retro card w/timber a white wolf first and then again w/a black wolf . I know ive said i want this retro carded version many a times and its feasible it would be a big bubble on that huge card but look very much like the arah ver 2 ver did ,they used to pack in animals w/the character in those bubbles they invented the concept of it no reason IMO they cant do it what about spearhead/max night force & regular
Version not many animals were repacked in the 80?s but some of the bubbles were impressive in size to hold some of the gigantic electronic backpacks from the later years ..



If they announced the claw what troop builder would you want it to come with or would you want it to be sold w/out a figure included .
Just wondering

I would want it to be sold by itself i want @ least 5 of them but if i had to choose a character to be included maybe a cobra red ninja from silent interlude eben though they were never shown flying it and why would they it would be a good way to get that red ninja sculpt out there ?
