Goodness. I have not missed HissTank for even one minute. Thankfully, it's almost bed time.

For BBTS to have gotten them like everyone else and be able to sell dozens of them on their site right now (I'm limited to ordering 24, so they have 24+ at least), they would need tons and tons of HasbroPulse accounts.

There is almost no way that is true. Is it possible? Sure. But it's about the most absurd explanation I can imagine.

Edit: Parsing Emily's statement reveals she says "individual consumers" are limited to five. There is an excellent argument that one of the largest independent toy sellers around doesn't qualify as an "independent consumer." To me, that leaves open the wiggle room for the explanation "BBTS bought a bunch from Hasbro" to be true and Emily to not be telling an outright falsehood. But you can judge veracity for yourself at that point.

Edit 2: There is also the matter of BBTS labeling this as an exclusive. That's a weird thing to say if they are basically just scalping a bunch they ordered five at a time through normal Pulse accounts.

If BBTS got them as everyone else did it beggars belief that they would post the entire lot for sale now as opposed to January/February of this year.

Are we expected to think they let them rot in a warehouse for 3/4 of the year before arbitrarily deciding to sell them right in the midst of every other Joe collector watching hundreds of dollars walk out of their bank account as Sept/Oct/and now Nov Classified preorders get ready to ship, and at a time where it is plain as day that O-Ring is capital-d Dead to Hasbro?

If we accept that preposterous hypothesis, then we must necessarily accept that BBTS is run by colossal morons.

As I said a while ago, I've had a little trouble staying engaged with Classified without having a CC worth displaying. The Valkyries are the first Classified figures I've opened in a very long time.

I forgot he was part of that leak. There is no way they tooled up that figure just for the HISS though. He will be re-released for sure in the regular line. The HISS version will probably have something that is exclusive and unique. Maybe one of his accessories? Plus the Mickey Mouse logo and I assume his card or art might be as well.

I'm excited about the retro line continuing and the fact that it will be part of the main line now and not a WM exclusive any longer!
