I've been on Steam for more than ten years and the only games I've seen that happen for are online-only games where the company running the server brings it down, like Lego Minifigures Online. They have really good deals there a few times a year too.

Haven't pulled out my NES or my Playstation 3 in a few years, but doubtful either of those platforms will be getting cartridges/disks.

Any recommendations for a reliable platform to play Wrath of Cobra? Any benefits for online co-operative play on a certain platform?

Steam seems pretty easy to use. Is it going to be on other platforms?

Yeah Steam is great. And they do let you keep games that are no longer sold, like that Transformers game that came out years ago.. I still have it in my library and can play it.

I played the demo earlier today for a few minutes. Beat em ups aren't really my thing but it seemed good. Need a controls guide though, I feel like there was more to it that I was missing.

I played through the demo a few times this evening and it was fun. There is something supremely satisfying about punching a Hiss Tank with Scarlett. I definitely am looking forward to the full game. I do hope that it ends up coming out on PS5 and Xbox though. Having my friends over to play 4 players should be a blast.

I agree with you, a Controls Guide is necessary. I have this keyboard list to share with you, (if you haven't found it already). Maybe it will improve your experience when testing this Demo.

Steam is fine. I've had an account with Steam for over 15 years and never had them remove a game.

The announcements made by Kerry Vandenberg, co-founder of Maple Powered Games, were back in August 2023, so it might be difficult to remember, but this G.I. Joe: Wrath of Cobra game will be available on the Nintendo Switch and PC Platforms.

Their publisher, Freedom Games, is said to make this game available via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG as well as Nintendo Switch this year.
