I got mine out of the parcel locker and opened them up. They really have a nice feel to them. Not quite like vintage O-ring. I don't really have any complaints, save for the eyes on Death Sparrow being odd at certain angles, and this odd shade of brown they used on everything looks kinda weird, especially on Death Sparrow.
I did not have the problem with Jaguar's smaller gun pegging on to the backpack like HCC did. Shadow Dragon's swords also fit all the way into the sheaths on his back, unlike HCC's copy. Overall I'm really pleased with these, they are exactly what they appear to be when you order them. Kestrel is probably my favorite. The photos online don't do the head on the figure any justice. I'm going to have a lot of fun working these into my displays.

Update, I don't recommend Death Sparrow at all. In addition to the aforementioned issues, I just had to use a Dremel with a sphere bit of the exact size of the inner hip socket to recess the ball in further. I was unable to make her leg move. Flipping the T-bar (the suggested fix) only transferred the problem to the other leg.
I don't know how I would have fixed this if I didn't have a dremel with the exact bit. I guess this doesn't matter if you plan to keep her on the card, but I like to use my toys in action/diorama displays. EDIT: All of my figures except Kestrel have this problem. What's going on here?!

I must have lucked out. One of my thunder battalion had the issue so I swapped the t-bar out and hes fine. It is almost like the hook isn't given enough clearance from the hip socket. BizCopperhead do you have any extra t-bars lying around? I hope they have t-bars on hand to ship out to people that have this issue as its a bit of a bummer if you don't have any on hand.

Braver than me with the dremel. A vintage t-bar fixed mine - full range of motion etc.

I'll probably snag a couple, not sure which ones yet. Probably Rooster and another one.

On my two figures with the problem (Death Sparrow and Shadow Dragon), flipping the t-bar around got them back to about 90% range of motion, which is enough for my purposes. The other four figures I ordered were fine as-is. |

So Delta 17 has landed in the UK. I am impressed with the shipping speed.
The three figures I ordered, Death Sparrow, Kestrel and Leonardis are all in perfect condition. No issues what so ever. I am sorry others have not had the same experience. It's so nice to get new Oring figures in hand. The cards are very good. Great art work, I enjoyed the file card and the bubble doesn't take everything with it when opened. The figures paintwork seems very good to me. It's not GI Joe of course but these seem even better. They give me the impression of vintage metal toy soldiers by the paint work and feel - that's not to say they are heavy or clumsy at all. I like them. I am sure to get a few more figures. I don't buy into the lore so much but they do fit into my Joeverse very well. I certainly recommend the three I got. |

You can tell the care and detail that went into designing the troops, their gear... I can tell the creator knows his stuff with the guns. The Russians have AK12's, the beloved drum mag krink, the delta team has modern to throwback classic AR's that all look accurately kitted out with what you would see in the real world. I still haven't gotten the Dark Shadows but a quick glance shows the decision to use the modern expensive SMG's like the Kriss Vector. The spetznaz soldiers look like they are wearing the "SMERSH" web gear. The backpack systems and how things peg onto them bring to life a functionality from the gear packs I only got with my imagination. For a first offering they knocked it out of the park.
