She's wearing the Fusion Bazooka equipment pack, which comes with targeting goggles.

I know I am late to this thread and maybe I missed it but I noticed that with this comic someone also is making new Super Joe figures. Is this like a Bobby Vala type situation where someone grabbed the name and is trying to make new figures like Action Force?

I am about as big of a G.I. Joe fan out there and I actually do like the stuff prior to 1982 but Super Joe is pretty bad and was a massive flop if I remember my Joe history correctly. Is anyone here getting into this relaunch and has bought any of these new figures?

MGurlea, the short answer is yes, Hasbro didn't keep the super joe copyright, so a group of real diehard super joe fans now have the license and are putting the license to good use.
