I can confirm Mezco CS is really bad. They take at least a week to answer emails if they ever answer at all.

Pulse isn't much better if you email them either.

And I'm still waiting on their Roadblock and Destro to ship. The date on BBTS gets pushed back every month. Feels like it's been years. maybe it has...

The only reason to buy from them is their Rumble Society line but even BBTS have been starting to stock that line.

I've always gotten quick replies from Hasbro Pulse CS here in the UK, within 24 hours, but they're never helpful. Basically just politely telling me to f**k off.

So as I sit here waiting on FedEx for my Death Adder (another SUPER annoying thing about Mezco) as you can't pick your shipper and fed ex NEEDS a sign and ID now, I just want to suggest one more thing. The figs are pretty much worth whatever hoops / punishment you need to go through to get them. Yeah, I know that such a statement is completely unnecessary and ridiculous and should never ever be a thing, but I've got Darkseid and Conan the Conqueror here on my desk and can't stop messing with them. They are just amazing figures and the aftermarket for some of these is out of sight. I can't believe I keep looking at the Conan the Barbarian and think, hmm 340.00 isnt thaaat bad...

Also i do believe that Snake Eyes will be the first (and soon) to be shipping.

I also don't want to seem like Im defending any of their practices. I find them unnaccpetable for the most part. As a Director of a mental health agency and in charge of hiring for multiple counties, the issue of ghosting, avoiding / not answering the phone and email is beyond professional. I might be making excuses, but I'm assuming they are just as backed up with lack of employees etc as I am. Just a thought. But I'm more of a "long game" collector anyway. I don't care how long stuff takes, I've got other shit to do. lol

My problem is they initially claimed they couldn't charge my card but now they have charged my card, the payment has gone through and cleared, it has been weeks since that charge, and no shipping notice and no figure has shown up. I cannot get a hold of their customer service and my e-mails have gone unanswered. Based on your guys' past experience with this company how long do they take to ship things? Do you get a shipping notice when they ship or does stuff just show up to your residence? They charged my card March 6th. How long should I give them before I call the credit card company and get a stop payment/reverse charges/refund/etc? Payment will be due the end of April.

They should be ashamed...people across the country are finally getting their 89 Batman figures after a three year wait: and the goddamn things are snapping at the joints right out of the box!!

I absolutely love Storm Shadow, but might have to pass on this. Mezco is a shit company that doesn't respect its customers, and they don't deserve another red cent from me.

Not only that, this looks like they added a lot of "Mez-flair" to the design. I already hated the gloves on the Classified version, and that was only $25. I don't wanna shell out $120 or more for a figures with the same ugly unnecessary additions to the design.
