I think he drew the most beatable of the Cobra Army builders, too.

But, c'mon, if I'm reading this right it could be Darklon v Raptor in the second round. VOTE WEIRD.

I'm not - he was a decent figure, but was a non-entity in the cartoon (I can't remember him getting a featured episode) and didn't feature in any memorable comic stories.

It's pretty clear that the Joe voting skewed towards major-role cartoon and comic (Ripcord, mainly) characters or very unique toys like Shockwave or Hit & Run. Doc is important to all three, so maybe he wins.
