I can totally relate but I feel like we have been conditioned by the scarcity of some figures and it's hard to predict what will sellout and what will be available on sale a few months later. For Classified, it feels like the low production numbers might be a thing of the past for exclusives but then again Kamakura sold out and there is no sign of him being restocked.

I get wanting to save, but from my standpoint, the more full-price sales there are, the greater the health of the line. I'll gladly pay full price to support a line I like. The guaranteed acquisition of a figure at retail price is also nice, piece of mind is worth paying a few bucks for... I obviously use "guaranteed" lightly, thanks to Target.

Yep, if there's two sides to this I'd prefer to spend more but own it over waiting for unknown sales only to miss out to save $3
