I mean, they're plastic, it still required a brand new sculpt and mold for the head. It's not like they just reused the old one and then shaved the hair off, haha.

Okay, word of advice, don't call the Hasbro Phone Numbers expecting
a return etc. It's easier to find the correct email and send sets of pictures of the defects. What a waste of time, also regardless my refund will take around a month to be paid from their insurance after I've sent the figure in and they receive it.

Welp, I gave the Headless Outback back to my seller. He said he'll do
the customer service shit for me by email. I gave him money to do it because
I'm impressed how shit it was. He's honestly doing me a solid.

We talked a bit and he pulls this video out on what it's like to return shit
to Hasbro now. This guy in the vid was returning to Hasbro Pulse but you get the picture. 2 out of 5 customer Service is horrendous.

There's only two ways to fix some of these issues, I'm sure the easiest is to modify the print like with Lady Jaye, but if the sculpt is poor there's nothing to do but start over fresh

Buy yes, they're saying they want the head-sculpt to be new for the next of the repaints, Night Force or whichever it is, I'm not sure the whole body needs redone because the complaints I've seen usually refer to the poor coloring not the sculpt

The way I understand it, Lenny creates a rough sketch of the figure to be made. It's then passed along the design team, who make additions/add weapons etc..., then it goes back to Lenny and he signs off on any additions to his sketch. After that, he probably does a more detailed sketch and that is coloured in. Then that is outsourced to a freelance computer artist to create the render. After the render is made, it returns to Hasbro and Lenny signs off on it, again. If he likes it, it goes to the sculpting team to create a physical mould of the figure. If not, he makes notes and it returns to the computer artist to make changes. Something like that.

Are you sure? Because I could swear someone asked him that on his Instagram at some point and he said he just does computer renders. It's possible that I misread and he does both... I'm not 100% sure, since I don't have total recall of what I read.

I mean, his Instagram name is 2dsculpts... that would imply just computer-based, as an actual physical sculpt would be 3d.
