Well, the loudest fans that Hasbro are listening to basically want 1:1 ARAH so it makes sense after Gung Ho they'd go back and redo Firefly. Especially since CI Firefly is nuts on the aftermarket.

I'm surprised we haven't gotten a Retro Bludd yet just because of hoe crazy he is on the aftermarket.

I'd see it as a 'perfect storm'. Meaning, good timing in the hard pivot leaning into ARAH and fan backlash over the bomb jacket for FF made it an easy redo opportunity and slot filler. That's my interpretation and is not fact. Just how I see it.

Well, plus, if they want to get Firefly out again he doesn't exactly have a ton of variants...and ones fans like.

Makes way more sense than jumping into Faceless Master 92 Firefly right now (and hopefully when they do he gets an alternate "faceless" head).

Incorrect. Fred Aczon of Boss Fight Studio does the vast majority of sculpts. Recently Paul Harding has picked up a few. Hasbro does very little of the figure sculpting in house.
