The female Steel Corps figure is a mess. Articulation is trash, neck too short, vest too bulky, jet pack barely stays on, hands so small they can barely grip the weapons she comes with.

I appreciate the effort, but would have much preferred a single figure Steel Corps release.

I haven't read many kind words about her, which is a shame. I like the addition of female figures but ... like most things ... they need to be done to their best level.

There was a very brief window when amazon had their black friday week sales where you could get the steel corps for 2 for 3 on their sale price at $39.99. I thought about getting them but I don't even really want the male figure because I've seen some vids showing how the armor makes him too cumbersome. All I want is the jump packs but I'm still not gonna spend $80+ just for that.

I don't think the Steel Corps 2 pack qualified when it was 39.99 during the deal window. I tried it and it didn't work and the promo didn't appear on the page. It did work when it was like $52 though before and after the deal.

I used the deal on Amazon. Cancelled my Movies Unlimited order because if the similar discount. The buy 2 get one averaged the the Steel sets to under $40 a piece

Yeah I did it to. Ended up being like 114.52 for 3 after taxes so ~38.17 a piece. Created a second account to order more since there was a limit.

Though having the sets in hand, not sure if I'll keep all of em. Really wish the male had just been a single release. I'm sure we'll get a retro card one or something but no idea if it'll match.
