With so many orders earlier this year and throughout Yo Joe June plus the Dragonfly, it’s now a long stretch of things I don’t want…Chuckles, the 3 Walmart figs, Crimson trio, Tiger Flint, PP Ninja, this H.I.S.S. Fire Team (though some of the Fire Team look cool, I barely wanted the mainline Range Viper).

And that’s probably better. I need a break for my credit cards and I’m running out of space. Need to save the credit and shelves for more interesting things in the pipeline. It’s cool that other people dig it though. The only thing that annoys me is just my impatience at wanting to see the dozens of other characters I want.

I'm in the same boat. I don't like BAT's or Alley Vipers at all but I like troopers. Was only going to buy the Crimson Guard figures as that's all that I had as a kid and I thought they were like Cobra Commander's bodyguards or something. But now I have four Crimson Vipers on order because they look so damn good. Passing on the HISS Fire Team though because it's getting too out of hand. If Cobra went into battle they would have men dressed in dozens of different uniforms and colors at this point.

Well, yeah, there's, what, 40 different varieties of Viper just in the original line? Cobra's never been one for matching uniforms, at least since 1985.

It's been my impression that in universe, mixed uniforms don't ever get seen togther, they're for specific settings or the enviorment.

That's what I thought but if we follow that logic (and the new HISS Fire Team reveal) then would blue troopers never accompany the HISS into battle?

I'm kind of surprised that they'd make black and red troops. It looks a bit too close to Iron Grenadiers to me.
