I think Ironken thought the HasLab HISS was going to be Rancor 2.0 when he saw the price and no stretch goals were announced. I guess he thought he would be first to lead the charge against it and generate a lot of views for himself. Now the HISS is looking really good by funding in record time and with the three figures a part of the package. He?s trying to lead a very small group of people that want it cheaper or for retail and can?t change his position without sounding like a total hypocrite. He should have taken an on the fence approach first instead of going scorched earth on the HISS to give him an out to buy the HISS without looking like a total douche.
But the Market didn't agree with me. Yet, the statement of "I can make one better for $300" was laughable. Even if he had material at wholesale, access to fabricating equipment and utilities free of charge, labor would still be in excess of $300. The sad thing is he is being a total douche and can't tell which way the winds are blowing. Also, if you could make a generic "Not the" Hisstank and sell it with all these goodies for less than $300. DO IT!. Prove Hasbro wrong. You will have created a successful toy company. Warning Rant Below_______-------------_______________ :( But right now these people are lower than Bobby Vala. He makes noise but has Valaverse LLC, a line of toys and a line of comics. His product may or may not be good. I don't know! BBTS has yet to deliver my last and single figure on pre-order. I had the entire line on order, once, and will not just take the word of others if they are good or not. But have canceled to orders to use the money elsewhere. Yet, the quality of the product and my opinion of Bobby doesn't matter. He is actually making a product, making jobs and employing people. I believe that is much more than the "influencers" on YouTube. Rant Over and not directed to anyone on Hisstank. I didn't get a video like Fred but my comments have been deleted too.

I went ahead and cancelled its 364 dollars with the proper pound to dollar conversion.
Looking at my titans which where 120-130 I just can't see how that much engeering, one off molds, weight in plastic is so much cheaper. I had the idea of selling it n keeping figures but I hate selling stuff so prob end up stuck with it lol Then we got sdcc coming up who knows what the price of that stuff will be. Supper happy for those keeping their backing though and since I'm no long backing my last word on the subject |

Two-packs are a different story. Yeah, a two-pack of mid-sized vehicles would make more sense for Haslab, but I think they're going to stick to the "Haslab offerings should be like dream/wish fulfillment things." As much as I wanted the H.I.S.S. to be a standard retail release, seeing how much detail & tooling will go into this Haslab, it makes perfect sense, now, that it's being offered this way. And I think future Classified Haslabs should stick to the larger vehicles, then. H.A.V.O.C. for the Joes, maybe the Water Moccasin for the next COBRA vehicle. Someone mentioned a Snow Cat for the Joes, which I think would be great. Or a Slugger, or Persuader. They've got a lot of options available, without having to use up the smaller-to-mid-size vehicles.

Supper happy for those keeping their backing though and since I'm no long backing my last word on the subject Titan Class is MSRP like $190 now, and that's without working lights, electronics, or any additional figures. Value is in the eye of the beholder, but looking at it comparatively the price of the Tank is fair (and looks better with each new Tier unlock). |

I also looked at my Titan class guys as a comparison point when deciding whether or not to back. Price wise felt it was pretty close value at base. Add ons of course helped from there.
Then came the issue of space… and the tank is just too big to make sense for me. Let alone more than one. But I also had the same rational thought about each Titan and now I have 5. So that clearly didn’t work. |

Just imagine if tier 4 is BOGO!

If for some reason it's the only chance we can get an official hooded CC, then I'll take that over never getting him at all. If there's nothing preventing him from hitting the regular retail boxed figure release, then I'd still be happy to see him included with the HISS Tank and anyone who doesn't get him there can wait to get him at his later individual retail release. Either way, having him included with the HISS Tank as a further unlock would not disenfranchise anyone. And it might even get some of us to pony up more to get an extra one.

I suspect whenever this thing finally starts hitting doorsteps a thread for buying / selling / swapping the tank or figures will pop up. I for one am still considering backing for the tank only and would be selling off the figures for something approximating a reasonable retail price.
EDIT: That said, if anyone in the PNW wants to go in on one with me (you get the figures, I get the tank) hit me up! The HasLab Sentinel is selling for $500-700 right now, same with the Razor Crest. Both are a near doubling of the original price. That's a decent chunk of change, but again, those bills were paid nearly two years ago.
