Yup, ordering from Mezco is an exercise in patience. You need to jump on the preorder because they will sell out not from only Joe fans, but from the 1:12th Collective and Rumble Society collectors. It's no wonder they require a deposit on their orders.
I'm new to the Mezco 1:12 line, getting a Moon Knight recently. These things are another level with the accessories, included flight stand, and soft goods. And yes, the Firefly announcement was from ThreeZero and will be 1:6 scale, so think Hot Toys or Sideshow figure scale. I have both SE and SS and they are superb figures. We are living in an abundance of riches with all these scale offerings for Joe fans!

Cancelled my Mezco figs. Someday, a company will produce a good classic version of ver.2 Snake-Eyes but it won?t be Mezco. Why is it so hard to follow the original version? It?s not a complicated design but every company wants to change it. He wore a skintight gd body suit. Not just a fitted shirt with lose pants. He has f?ing ankle pouches not army boots. Arm bands with pouches. Two thigh bands for a knife and a gun. A arrow shooter on his forearm. He has a muscular build, not skinny. Why is it so freaking damn hard to reproduce? No, it?s not highly realistic, but it was his look. The look I loved as a kid so I still love it now. Rant over.

It's all good. Why would I be mad? I mainly think of the card art when I am thinking of a 'official" look. But yeah, different artists would take liberties.

I must have missed the Firefly announcement. I know they use social media for hints and announcements first. I'm just worried these things will take forever to produce. Some of the 1989 Batman fans have a bad taste in their mouth. Excited for G.I. Joe nonetheless.

I wonder if there are going to be 2 versions? The one currently on Mezco is title with Deluxe and comes with an articulated Timber. Maybe a version will come out without Timber?

Fail. And they put the Arashikage symbol on the shoulder to boot. Why would you advertise what super secret clan you are a part of? Not so secret then, is it? If they had gone with a full body suit that looked like the top and had his ankle pouch boots I might have bit but the line is a non starter for me now.
