That’s their price point for predator, aliens, dc. I dig the hiya stuff, but they seem truer 1:18 (shorter) then modern joes. Maybe it’s the modern joes that are too tall, but that wouldn’t work well with existing joes. But coming from a new company we could probably expect them to be stylistically and design wise in a different category, already seen that with the Vietnam retro. I dig stalker and grunt but they don’t seem to fit the aesthetic of existing joes (bulkier, bigger heads needed, and the cobra troopers I don’t even consider joes).

Still be interesting to see what (if anything) they do. Maybe they’ll include an og13 line, I can go for that even in a slightly different height if it has to be. Thought they might do that with the Vietnam retro.

Walmart 4" Retro Stalker and Grunt seem perfectly sized, not too bulky at all. Both are perfect for re-using the tooling. Maybe just use ABS for the joint connector piece.

I love RoboCop but I've never had any interest in their stuff. Just looks like fragile Hong Kong bootlegs with bad likenesses that will fall apart if you touch them.

You're missing out, imho. RoboCop is their finest figure yet, imho. The only negative is the confounding choice they've made for pegball wrist joints that absolutely suck ass; but was easily fixed with swapping in MTF hands.

Doing up a 'deluxe' version cannibalizing the gunarm and jetpack from RC3 becomes a cinch once the pegball wrist is removed, too.
