But yeah, most of the younger kids I know go bonkers for these kinds of figures. My friend's sons couldn't get enough of the Marvel ones, and with the price points they were at, they got a ton of them.

Eventually this should become the only style they do in 1:12 as the line naturally progresses to 1:6 scale since the detailing can be so good at that size and the articulation would be unparalleled. Think about it, soft goods actually work on 1:6 figures. After that they should make 5-PoA 1:6 figures all that's on offer in that size while the line naturally evolves again into a full series of Real Dolls. This is market-driven "manifest toy destiny." You already want it, you just don't realize it yet. But you will.
To be less cheeky for a moment, I say they should release all 1:12 army builders like this while releasing the full articulation version in Classified. That way people who truly want 50 of them to line up in column formation can afford it more easily and people who only want one to truly pose or play with don't have to compete with army builders. Did anyone see the 4+ on these? Yeah it's for smaller kids not us full grown adults. If they can get kids interested again then we can get some vehicles down the road maybe. Unless they made a B.A.T. I probably wouldn't be interested but also not throwing hate at these because Hasbro isn't catering to my taste. Joe in the store is good news. Just my two cents

also lol on the age group for 6" classified figures. the original line was at least 5+. you know, just old enough to not put small objects in their mouths. here's chuckles with two of the smallest accessories ever to compare to the bat that has 8 chokeable sized parts. Interesting. If I remember, it was an homage to the original Joe, but I wasn't sure when it became a staple for Duke. Thanks for the info!
