I find it just more confusing at this point what is going on with the Joe product shipping. Figures showing up overseas isn't new as we've seen this many times before and even with other brands like Star Wars. What I find confusing is that they said two weeks ago that weeks prior ALL the stuff that we pre-ordered in October has left their warehouse. Weeks have gone by and no one has received any shipping notices and the only thing we have gotten is a delay notice.

I'm not one of these people that have to have stuff now or before anyone else but I am at least trying to stay on top of what I have on ordered and it is just hard to follow at this point. We've shipped it all out but you are not getting it until September. OK? WTF?

I really hope the current Hasbro Joe Team are fans of Zarana & Zandar and appreciate all the things that make these two characters a great pair of twins.

All too often, in the past, when a creative team had the chance to develop them and Zandar in particular, they simply didn't, and designed them as un-alike as possible and never released them together, and in the case of comics creative teams, never demonstrated their bond of twinship. The lack of Zandar on gijoe.com doesn't inspire confidence these things will be retained. Whoever was responsible for the character choices on the joe site was obviously not a Zandar fan.

The other problem some retailers are facing is TOO much product. Target recently had been in the news for this as they are having to clearance so much. Because of holiday backups big retailers spent big money on getting tons of products, chartering their own boats and so on, but now they have too much stock leftover and with the economic turn retailers have overstuffed shelves and stock rooms. This isn't gonna help either as the stores are not gonna be in any rush to put stuff out on the floor or have space in their stock rooms. Apparently huge amounts of stuff are gonna be put on clearance or liquidated out cause of all the overstock now.

Yep. I'm hoping to be able to get a moderately nice grill for under $300 with all these liquidation prices. There was an excellent twitter thread the other day with a supplier-side corporate owner going through the challenges of the supply chain now that consumer demand is slowing yet again. See if I can't find it.

Different countries gonna have different shipment pipelines. This line has been all over the place and sadly the reality of it all is likely that it's simply Hasbro's red headed step child. They got huge global brands that sell well like Marvel and Star Wars, they are gonna take full priority. There still is lot of logistic problems and delays going on, and it's worse for importing to the US than some other countries due to demand for cargo space.

I highly doubt there is any production problems, at least not that bad, it's merely Hasbro putting their other toy lines clearly ahead of GI Joe.

I called this from the very beginning. All these delays and suddenly everything starts showing up at once. It's even worse now after Putin decided to f#k everyone to death and start the zombie apocalyse of civilization. Are we sure he's not really Mr. Garrison in disguise?? We can't even blame Canada for this one.

They're coming. As far Road Pig, Road Pig is Lenny's favorite character and whenever Lenny has mentioned Road Pig he has always said these three things.

1) Road Pig WILL be in the line and I stress the word "will." Lenny has left no ambiguity whatsoever as far as Road Pig being in Classified. The only thing that would stop Road Pig from being in Classified is if he left the JOE team.

2) Road Pig will be huge. Lenny implies that R.P. will be the biggest figure in the line.

3) Road Pig will be new. Lenny has said that R.P. will be new tooling. Assuming that R.P. comes out first we could assume that the R.P. buck would be used for Golobulus and Nemesis Enforcer.

D.T., (aside from showing who's coming up, [yeah I'm still on that shit.]) You can't use gijoe.com as much of a resource. Which they should. I don't understand why after a character is announced his bio isn't added to the site, anyway...Remember, that list I made of the most wanted characters to appear in Classified? Well, (with the exception of Grunt and Cooperhead,) all of the figures announced for next year are in the Top 20 of that list with Zandar being the ninth most wanted from an enemy faction. I also know for a fact that Emily has seen that list. So the issue isn't if we'll get a Zandar, it's just a matter of when.

I like the bike but something about his head doesn't look right. It just doesn't feel like Duke to me. He needs that sh!t eating grin like the v1 figure had.
