We do business with dozens of autocratic, straight up evil countries, so we have to have a formula for how we address atrocities. A drastic measure like total economic isolation has to determined by considering:

The US pulled out all the stops on Russia because bombs are dropping right now. The goal is simple. If Russia stops the aggression and pulls back, things go back to normal. This is coming at great cost to the US economy and the US people.

You haven't given a solid reason why China should be "quarantined". If you're speaking of the Uyghur genocide (I don't think you are) then diplomatic pressure has/is being applied by the US and European Union. The US refuses to do business with specific entities connected to the reeducation camps.

A full economic quarantine of China for reasons you have not specified is foolish. What are you seeking to accomplish? Are you willing to suffer the immense economic consequences? You're complaining about spending $5 extra on a toy.
