For some reason I thought Python Patrol Bat was going to have criss-crossing paint apps on it's shirt. It looks rather plain with just an red shirt. Kind of glad I only ordered 1 of these.

I can't get over the Python Patrol BAT looking like he's wearing a shirt and pants.

The BAT really does look bad. Am I remembering wrong, or did the torso have lines on it when they showed it off ? I assume they were going for a Python Patrol vehicle paint scheme for the BAT, since it's a machine. But the grey pants doesn't really work. Maybe the grey is suppose to be like the hub caps on the PP Stun.

I don't hate the PP Bat. It isn't as good as the regular one admittedly, but when I get around to displaying my figures, the PPs will add some color (lots of gray) to the display.

All I have on display currently is a regular BAT fighting Bo-Katan and Koska Reeves...

I am designing out a custom BAT Heavy Trooper and have been doing a little research. At first I didn't like the Python Patrol BAT, but I started to think about it this way. The BATs are mass produced and considered expendable. I'm thinking that it would probably be cheaper to use human clothing on an android and more flexible (depending on the environment they were going into) then painting the machine/exoskeleton, or maybe they are so cheap there are bunch of exposed mechanicals without an exoskeleton under the clothing and it is the cheapest way to outfit them. So now a BAT in any clothing works in my mind in terms of a design choice.

What they sometimes a prototype not retail. Remember movie giraffe baroness? She had fixed neck shown and a long neck. I know people said dont worry they showed fixed neck also well we got the badly done figure with a wrong neck. I heard from someone they screwed up mass producing that neck and the suits said no on making new neck to much extra cost. They knew they would make profit as is. Take with a grain of salt but i was told there cutting cost and corners when they can cause of the C. He told me stuff in the past that turned out to be true. He said many companies in panic mode.

Wow... true fan wont defend like that... No wonder they get away with so much these companies got it made...
