When have they done that?

Other than Amazon Roadblock, everything has been made available easily for those that want it, CI exclusives included.

If you're talking about Pulse/SDCC exclusives, that is more than a Hasbro issue, that is toy manufacturers wide.

At this point in the line, it's pretty obvious that you need to only wait and you will be able to get whatever you want. The only even remotely rare army builder (the Viper, which wasn't all that rare if you paid attention last summer) is about to be re-released in a three pack.

Everything is coming out painfully slow, but this line hasn't been all that hard to collect, in terms of availability, for quite some time.

My point exactly. There is not a manufacturing shortfall and GI Joe Classified hasn't met demand as stated by wehrmanm
