I dislike Gung Ho's weapons... grey plastic, instead of black, was a bad idea, but my least favourite figure is Breaker. All he comes with, not counting the RAM, is his helmet. I didn't intend to display vehicles on my shelf, because they take up too much space, so I gave him one of Gung Ho's weapons, so he's not just standing around.

The three worst figures (to me) are the Red Ninja (simply not a Joe figure, with a very overdesigned appearance that I've already commented on at length), Scarlett v1 (again, over designed outfit), and Cobra Commander (any version, they all share the same mold). Roadblock v1 (and redeco) might also be worse than Gung Ho.

Overdesigned figures are much worse than figures like Gung Ho. Fortunately, I don't think we will again see something like CC, Scarlett, or Red Ninja in the line for a very long time.

He's a bad Gung Ho, but a good figure. I'm looking forward to the new, teal version to be my definitive Classified GH, but i'll keep the original and give him some Gridiron Props weapons to make him different character.

Red Ninja is an awesome Night Creeper. If Hasbro had given us this exact figure in purple, we'd all love it.

I agree that Scarlett and Cobra Commander are over-designed, but I like them much more than you do, jscott991.

This is a very interesting thought. I'm not sure I've seen it anywhere else. I will have to think about this some, but you could very well be right.

I actually like the gungho figure we got but just not as the character gungho. Solid figure. I hate his weapons but I hated all of the futuristic/nerf weapons from the line.

Gave my gungho figure a saw from gridiron and I really like him now.

Yeah Red Ninja is basically a hybrid of the classic red ninja and night creeper. Honestly, the armor makes it feel more like a more combat ready ninja than if it had been a classic pajama ninja release.

I'm sure we'll get a red version of the new Storm Shadow at some point for people that don't like the current Red Ninja
