I emailed hasbro about my broken chair peg yesterday and sent them photos. I tried calling yesterday on my lunch at work but there was a high volume of traffic so I couldnt get thru and ran out of time. Hoping to get a chair replacement for the broken part and another failsafe figure. as the piece is still stuck in his back.

I've corrected pegs with a small tiny drill bit. You could put the figure in a small vice and try and buzz away and the material that is stuck in there until you can break it down enough to just shake it out?

I'm still surprised at how many issues this product has. I expected 1 or 2, not this many. |

This product has had exactly as many issues as I thought there'd be. O-ring has ALWAYS had issues, from broken thumbs and crotches, cracked elbows, and fragile vehicle parts, to joints that loosen quickly, and accessories that are poorly designed or don't stay together well, if at all (here's looking at you, 1990 line-up).
I'm not trying to apologize for Hasbro, nor am I trying to lessen anyone's bad experience, but all of these issues have been all but inherent in the line since it's inception. It'd be nice if it were reasonable to expect perfection from it, but that was never going to be the case. *EDIT* I should clarify, I'm not insinuating that some of these issues are "nothing" or that "you should expect breakage out of the package; if you didn't, that's on you".

No not really. I mean, about 6 or 7 out of the 21, certainly are not AFA grading worthy. But they're not all that bad. Little dings here or there. The cards still look pretty damn good. The Mickey Mouse CC's especially came out nice looking. Keep in mind, back in 'the good 'ol days' that we are constantly reminiscing about....the vehicle drivers came on a plain red bubble. Had they come carded in with the vehicles back then, I'm sure the cards would have looked like shit back then as well. I feel like they packed things really well with this Haslab.

I guess I meant for regular figures or 2-packs they have been done in the o-ring line recently. Or even the figures being packed in with the TF crossovers could be all-new figures. But yes, that is why I am enjoying this set for sure!

If anyone is interested I did a one hour video (with sections so you can skip around) of the Skystriker unboxing and my thoughts on the project after having it in-hand.

Stupid Fed Ex. Tracking still says my package is expected by end of day today, but I never got an Out for Delivery notice and the last status puts it in Connecticut while I'm in Boston. There's no way this is actually coming today. :(
