I ordered the mortar set and jetpack in Christmas, using a gift card. When I didn't receive shipping notification 10 days later I called. Something in their system didn't trigger the order because I was within a few cents of the gift card total. Remarkably I found myself talking with a human being and one who actually worked at Grid Iron, vice a call center. She asked to call me back as she checked on the order and then did so after resolving the issue. When my order arrived there were a couple of additional weapon packs thrown in and a short note apologizing for the inconvenience. Everything looks well made and solid and I hope they make a few more dioramas soon.

We have gone in and redesigned the howitzer improving the model and adding a separate 3? extension w/ muzzle brake so you can have both a traditional 105mm version and the more modern version. This set is also loaded up with a set of five sandbags, desert camo w/ 4 poles, binoculars, 2 crates 2 lids 2 active shells, 2 spent shells and Tow Bar . We will be running these in small batches so that way we can control the flow of product as they are produced to help speed up delivery time. Expect a longer handling time on these orders.
