That comparison shot is awesome. Definitely feels like the Gridiron vehicle is worth 100 dollars more.

At what price point do these things actually drive?
The MOBAT gets some put downs around the site, but it worked.

Mark is going to be on A Toy Kinda Mood soon so I'll ask him if I catch that episode live. This is purely conjecture on my part but Gridiron uses a a properity blend in their resins so maybe their mix of resin is stronger than the average one so blending axels wouldn't be a problem or just like we're seeing with the vintage o-rings plastic degradation is an inevitably and something we have to factor in when buying a $400 toy?

This seems like a good opportunity to use a hidden alloy axle. I completely get wanting to use all resin. But weight is a reality and if the only thing holding you back from producing a product that is more structurally sound in the long term then why not?
