So is the only way to get these a hit or miss trip to Tuesday Morning? These look rad, but it sounds like they could possibly be as hard to find as CI.

Technically yes, but the quality of the bricks is much lower. They're a knock off company from China

Compatible, yes. Comparable? No.
Wait, you can't fit the figure inside?!? Looking at the pictures, none of it shows the figure in or on the vehicles, so they're all way undersized? That would be the deal breaker for me. I was hoping to enhance my Kre-O collection. |

It's a neat little build for $6-$7 and the kid was very excited to play with it today. The pieces aren't flimsy but do have some bend or elasticity to them but overall they fit nicely together, which was not my overall experience with kre-o. I will be putting the kragle on these when I get a minute.

The downside to these is Hasbro was willing to license out GI Joe as brick toys, and Mega Construx didn't get the license. GI Joe Mega Construx collector-style figures (not their kiddie stuff) would be a dreamline. They've been making less and less Call of Duty stuff, so GI Joe would have been a great substitute brand and could have likely reused a lot of the Call of Duty elements.
