Has anyone found the Target Snake Eyes in Socal yet? I've been going to my local store every day this week and they say no stores have stock within 50 miles of LA. 😔

Quick ReAction thoughts. Ignore the SW TVC in the pic as these are sitting in a temp spot for now.
1. Opening them is painful because they look incredible on the card. I will definitely be keeping some carded. 2. Everything from the card, to the bubble, to the figure, to the weapon is solid and high quality. No flimsy stuff here. I dropped a trooper on the desk from a foot up and you would have thought I dropped a rock. 3. I don't like 5 POA. At all. But I LOVE that these figures are sculpted to resemble Sunbow designs instead of O-rings painted in Sunbow colors but lacking that full Sunbow aesthetic. 4. I plan on trying to mix Reaction with the new O-rings, either standing at attention or in vehicles, the latter being where they will work best. 5. The Sunbow weapons are perfection, and I'll be trying them with the new Retro SE/SS upon arrival. 6. I've decided to focus my Reaction collection on Sunbow-inspired figures only, which thus far is the majority. In fact the only figures I won't be picking up through the first two waves are Kwinn, Funskool SE, and Comic #21 SE. 7. The S7 quality on display in these figures has convinced me to pick up one of the Joe Ultimates next summer, despite me having zero interest in the 7" scale. |

I'm all in on G.I. Joe Reaction. Love the aesthetic and simplistic design, with homages to Sunbow and the Marvel ARAH comic. They are doing some deep cuts with the Funskool SE, the polar sled, and arctic Bazooka. That is what I am hoping from this line - obscure characters or versions from the cartoon and comic we would never see in the modern or retro line. Hoping we get some vehicles as well, like the spider tank or snake robots from the MASS Device series. Don't worry about articulation - we have Classified and modern era for that. The hard part is opening these on the pristine cards!

^ Thx. I'll probably pre-order one of the wave 1 Ultimates from EE in the near future. Lady Jaye is the wave 2 standout.
