Yeah, I think they could get away with it if they removed the Semper Fidelis and the anchor.

Apparently not. From what I read. Which kind of makes him bare. Better to put a t-shirt on or make a fake version use the globe and put a couple wings or something as a logo.

It was always funny in the comic book when he was introduced and the joes were in the arctic and he was bare chested hahaha
