When Super 7 sent out free replacement heads for Tri-Klops did they mail them to only those who ordered direct from their site or also to customers who bought them through BBTS, EE, etc.?

I think that's just how it's going to be with Super7. Don't buy anything made by them until it comes out and you see it in person. Sometimes they make good figures, other times they are a train wreck.

Flint repaint. Same process as Lady Jaye, painted the head, neck, forearms and flesh parts of the biceps so that everything would match.

They're essentially saying ALL their human face figures have been coming out wrong. We just didn't realize it, hence there being no pushback.
