Circling back around to the broken duke hand peg in the wrist. EE is sending a new one and I don't have to send back the broken one.
Now I'm thinking about how to get the snapped off peg out without destroying his wrist. It's obviously in there tight so I'm leaning toward a thin drill bit down the middle to essentially break it so it falls out. |

First heat up the plastic arm/hand area and then insert the nail/pin/etc into broken hand peg and pull it out. Should be quite easy if you have those items and get the plastic hot enough. |

^ That was exactly my other idea, which came first. Since you just recommended as well I'll try it first.

Speaking of broken pegs, is there any way to glue it back together? Is there a glue strong enough to bond the peg back to the hand and still enable you to pull the hand and peg out of the wrist slot once it's dry?

User error. I wasn't in the best light and bent it the wrong way while pushing the hand into the arm.
I also didn't warm him up first. So two mistakes. re: the broken peg, I tried getting it out with a lengthy boil and pin/nail last night but it didn't work. The pin went in a bit but then bent trying to pull it out, and the nail wouldn't go into the harder plastic of the pin. |
