Someone tried earlier in the thread, when the SDCC items went up on other sites. All you can do is return items within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange.

Ordering directly from Super7 ain't the best.

That's why I wait for BBTS to get them for pre-order. Because so many direct sites don't let you cancel.

Anyway, did anyone really expect these things would be out immediately in August? They probably have to make more to meet online demand since multiple retailers have them up for order.

Super7 getting anything Ultimates out on time is a pipe dream.

The BATS were already made and up for sale at SDCC.

I think this is a logistics issue and not a supply issue.

But you should be very very wary of ever ordering directly from Super7. Especially now that BBTS always sells their stuff for the same price as Super7.
