Very unexpected good news on the shipping front. I didn't even think Wave 1 was in full production yet.

I do wish he would hold up a Classified figure next to one of these he has in hand.

But I'm guessing they are much bigger based on that BAT and the Duke prototype. But I am terrible at spatial relations.

6" vs 7" isn't that much of a difference. Hopefully comparison shots will come online by July or August.

I did notice that EE pre-sold out of every Wave 3 figure. A good sign.

It can be a pretty big difference. A Cobra Commander that's a full head taller than Destro or whoever isn't going to look very good in a Classified display.

I think these will be both too tall and too bulky to be with Classified figures. But I will still get CC, Lady Jaye, and Scarlett regardless.

Firefly looks to have comic coloring, but the cardback shows Sunbow. Interesting decision there. I'm wondering if Firefly will get a proper Sunbow recolor.

I prefer the idea of a physically imposing Destro figure, but that's how I remember him from the Sunbow minis. He will likely make Classified Scarlett look even younger than she already does. But, I've put in orders for S7U Destro, Scarlett, and Doc.

If you have any Masterverse He-Man figures or McFarlane DC figures, they are the same scale as the S7 Ultimates.

Mattel and Super7 don't do the best job staying in scale between waves (well, Mattel is better than Super7), as you can see here:



That's Mattel Grayskull Evil-Lyn, Super7 Grayskull Sorceress, and Masterverse NE Skeletor. All three are in a different scale (slightly). If the Joes scale with Sorceress, they will fit fine with Classified. If they are closer in size to the Thundercats or McFarlane, they won't scale at all.

We really need a picture side by side.

Also, in answer to the question earlier, I've preodered:

Wave 1: Cobra Commander
Wave 2: Lady Jaye, blue Baroness (probably will cancel though)
