Wonder what wave 3 will be. Given this wave had two really out there choices, plus a figure that was rumored to be in the last ReAction wave (Serpentor), maybe the other missing rumored figure, Diana?

Diana, maybe. We know they developed some Viper parts for the Mothership. I'd expect that eventually. Since we know with Ramar/FF they're not afraid to do non-standard figures, maybe a 4" tall Big Lob? I know the Collector's Club did a version, but an all original, retail version would be nice.

Waves 1 and 2 had two A-tier characters (Snake Eyes and Cobra Commander, Duke and Serpentor). Going by the 2002 relaunch and the 2007 relaunch to see what Hasbro considers A-tier, I would say to expect Destro or Storm Shadow for Cobra, Scarlett and Gung Ho/Roadblock for Joes.

Do any plastic manufacturers still make that special color-changing plastic Hasbro used in the '80s and early '90s? If it's not readily available, I doubt Super 7 will try. No subsequent versions of Zartan from Hasbro have changed color.

Zartan's color-changing gimmick may have been seen once or twice in the cartoon, but wasn't really a mainstay of his character there.
