I mean, the file card of Baroness' spoke of a spoiled rich eurocrat who got radicalized while getting higher education. I prefer a more youthful appearance for Baroness because it plays into the back story anyway. And this is Snake Eyes Origins. Baroness shows up in future medium, her look/style can be changed.

baroness with a bob haircut (heck, even a pixie cut!) is fine. So long as it's black. Baroness with a business executive style trench coat works, so long as it's black. She needs to look sharp, elegant, cool and collected. Opposite to Zarana.

I love Samara Weaving as Scarlett...
But it's just not Snake-Eyes, to me. That's not the character I grew up with, so IDK. I hope for some cool 4 inch figures down the line, but aside potential new interest in the franchise, I just don't care and I'll be passing the movie. This rate, I'll pass the toys, too. Storm Shadow will only be snagged if it comes out before reg Classified SS. And not a fan of the overly black SE figure, loses detail. And the helmet is... I dunno, off? Still, here's hoping for the positives. |

Sure did. I ordered them all at $19.99 per figure, right at 5PM Eastern today.

Yes, though the increase has been expected for a year or so. Hasbro mentioned that we'd be eating the costs of them moving their factories, and all that entails.

Focusing on the females ...
1) MV Baroness is beyond phenomenal. Though I still slightly prefer the original (Classified) version's outfit. MV's head sculpt, however, is every bit as good (and maybe even a bit better). And her hair looks absolutely spectacular. 2) Classified Scarlett #3 blows away versions #1 & #2 in every imaginable way. Full stop. 3) Akiko seems somewhat bland (though perhaps only in comparison to the other two). I just wish she more closely resembled her brilliant box art. Because, unfortunately, the face on the figure kinda looks like Mazie Hirono. 4) Speaking of the artwork ... I know many of you folks probably couldn't care less, however Hasbro deserves major credit for fulfilling their pledge (SEE my signature below). The amazing box art for the female characters was all done BY WOMEN this time: Jen Bartel (Baroness), Tran Nguyen (Akiko) and Magali Villeneuve (Scarlett). Even if yes, Hasbro spelled Villeneuve wrong (with an "an" instead of an "en"). But that's okay, no company is perfect.

Looks like Starwarsgeek is working on creating one from recent Instagram posts. Not sure if he'll be selling casts.
