Kenny, long time no hear. Thanks for that tid-bit on receit differances to sales. I was wondering whats going on with the delux figure set (figure/vehicle)? They put out Snake Eyes and his crocth rocket. Isn't there a Storm Shadow / Crotch Rocket kit too?

Ooooooo, yeah forgot to ask. Do you think they will drop the price on the pit? $100 bucks seems a little stiff, doesn't look like it's that big. I mean a little down the road would you predict the price going down?

My walmart is down to about 20 figs on the pegs from the huge display they had before. I am not sure how the small vehicles are doing.
TF and SW seem pretty stagnant tho, they are right across from the joes, and the same ones in what appear to be the same quantity remain day in and day out.

I always wondered if it was Hasbro or the Stores that just ordered stupid stuff, with no clue to what the fans want, like Walmart. For example. We got the first 2 DVD Mass device sets pretty fast. I found the set with Q.K and S.E, C.C and Major Bludd once and I bought it for my best friend as a Birthday gift. Never seen the Dusty set, and I heard the set with Alpine was even rumored to be an exotic dream for must unless you have like $50. So what up with that, were do all these toys go?

Great.
I'm sure they're beating Wal-Mart, at least on a per store basis(not sure, but they may have even opened a new Wal-Mart in my bathroom since this morning) Anyway, this is how it goes when a store presents it's product well, arranged as fresh and new, and in an organized manner. Doesn't hurt that they actually have a variety or assortments, and the sales get the newer stuff on pegs sooner. Thanks for the info, good to know it's doing pretty well. After Indy, Terminator, Star Trek, and others hitting clearance, Joes may stick around a while. |

I hope they start giving us some of the cooler vehicles in repaints for ROC. So far, some of the vehicles are hit and miss, I remeber some pretty cool vehicles towards the end of the 90's and very, very early 90's that blow most of the vehicles out of the water. (Rattler, and hiss tank not included.)

the individual stores typically don't order specific product. the biggest problem with stores like walmart etc is they have sell so much off the shelf before they are shipped more product from the warehouse. if the market in the area is small and dont sell alot the pegs/shelves remain filled or on the border of order points so they dont replenish. when they do its pretty much what ever the whare house has in stock typically. when we talk waves of figs typically hasbro does a wave per month if store x only gets figs every 2 months they might miss a wave or get a wave behind the current that you picked up else where that got it on time. I do know my local wal mart has a hasbro rep that comes ot the store each week but the peeps at target havent mentioned a hasbro rep.
new cobra plot take hasbro rep hostage and as ransom rerelese the uss flagg? lol |

So, how do those numbers compare to other toy lines? Something comparable like the Wolverine toys, or Star Wars stuff.
