Doubt we know yet. I think this issue is her second appearance which would mean her first hasn’t come out yet.

Glad that the previous Sherlock look was preliminary and that she gets a more Joe look on this cover. Hopefully the story on the arm is good. Honestly, I hope it is more of a normal prosthetic, as I'm not a huge fan of a "super-hero Joe" with some super strength. Snake Eyes annoyed me in his later years as he was often portrayed more like an unstoppable super hero.
