They're completely ignoring me... Literally. No answer to my email. No Zandar on the characters page. And why does Zartan have a scarf?? They took away one of the coolest elements between Zandar & Zarana and transferred it to Zartan instead, like it's needed...there's enough over-focus on Zarana being related to Zartan already. Why did they do that???

Is there, though? Personally, I've never viewed Zarana as being particularly constrained by her family ties. Seems she's always been portrayed as a strong, independent presence, actually. Zandar, on the other hand, has clearly been completely overshadowed. (Basically only existing in relation to his siblings.)

Beach Head being absent is just as strange. I just worry absence means there will be a lack of focus in the wider Hasbro media.

In the DDP continuity, Zarana did nothing in the comics for seven years except talk to or about Zartan. I'm not kidding. And in IDW's ARAH, she's followed Zartan around like a puppy for a decade. Her marketing revolves around Zartan despite having two brothers, and Zandar has mostly been developed independantly of his siblings, if he's included at all, until recently.
