I've gotten all of the Classified figures at retail. The Target exclusives were the biggest pain, but I managed to get them by monitoring popfindr and being at Target as soon as the doors opened.

I’ve gotten everything at retail (including Pulse for 00 SE and regal CC) except for Fruitfly and Vaper. I was able to get wave 1 of Cobra Island at retail no problem
