In the early days of ebay I think there was a guy who called himself the rabbit or something like that. He sold classic cars and made a butt tone of money off of ghost bidding. He was banned of course but he did well.

when this guy is forced to relist the item after non payment he will still get 10x retail if this figure doesn't get announced and even if it does it might not be months until we actually see it on shelves. he'll be fine. I don't feel bad and now he knows. and knowing is half the battle. right?

Given the general fan sentiment at the...forever...I don’t think they’re too concerned with negative comments.


My feeling is that, with the movie pushed back, Major Bludd got bumped from a retail assortment to Cobra Island to maintain that segment into the fall. He’s been on the radar for a good bit for mass retail, so I’m wondering if his shift was a late minute deal. I just hope that him and his wavemate(s) are produced in heftier quantities than the bunch from this past year.

Though, while the design and sculpt are WONDERFUL...I wouldn’t be adverse to a different version with a brighter color pallet more in line with the original toy or cartoon.

I said this in the other thread, there looks like paint apps missing and it looks a bit off with the colours in the face. I surmise this is a factory floor reject stolen by a worker.

Factory rejects usually aren't in packaging.

In the original story on this figure (when it was thought it might be a convention exclusive), it was reported they were already in the US.

I suspect this is someone who just go their hands on one of the Bludds sitting around waiting to be put on shelves.

Let's hope there aren't any other figures in the CI part of whatever wave they announce.
