Hasbro, if you're listening, I give you permission to start having fun with the G.I. Joe line.

To start, how about some card backs. That sort of detail, along with accessories like battle gear, is one thing that makes a line go from good to great. When is the last time you guys deployed into a military unit and learned what it means to be a soldier? Come out to Coronado or even Camp Pendleton. Hell, make a trip to Aberdeen. The egg-heads are still there. The folks who started this line understood what they were doing and gave you some great coattails to ride on. Maybe walk a mile in their shoes...

I'd recommend that you do that, but don't show up high or drunk.
