Highly disappointed.

I tucked my tail and ate crow while hunting down wave 1 for my son. He really geeked out over the HISS box (thanks SBartek!) so I've been picking the line up for him (well, for both of us, but you know what I mean). I've had wave 2 on pre-order since the last FFFforfucksakeFriday event.

This wave is shit. I pre-ordered 2 of each knowing it was shit. I pre-ordered 2 of each after sitting through Nigel Thornberry's nonsense yet again.

Now that I've come down from the "new joe" high? I canceled my pre-orders for all but one Lady Jaye. I can't support this. I can't give my hard earned money for the sake of keeping the line alive. That's Hasbro's marketing team's job, not mine.

All in all, I give this 0 meowmeowbeenz.

Nope, only happy with Lady Jaye. For the possibility of a better paint app on her face. The rest, 25th monstrosities.

Holding out for the little chance they'd re-release the Retaliation Budo. But I'm positive they ever did, they'll just use the Storm Shadow v28 mold.

Are you kidding me with this shit? That’s what they came up with for Duke? What kind of no talent ass clowns thought this was what the public wanted? All of the great sculpts out there, the great customs that are made from existing parts, and this is the shit they release? I don’t give a shit how big a fan they say they are, this is pathetic. I’m normally pretty chill and will enjoy whatever Joe stuff I can get ahold of but I honestly thought we’d finally get a good modern Duke and instead I see this bullshit. I’m pissed now.

This wave is trash. A literal waste of plastic. And I’ve been pretty positive about Retro. That Duke is worst case scenario with a bullet. It’s mindnumbingly dumbfounding.

Overall Happy with the revels but couldn't they at least give Duke a better head and a give him the Correct Bandolier?? I mean Damn Hasbro lol

Duke and CC are garbage, and honestly whomever is in charge of this should really know better. Lady Jaye is great, but I'm sure she'll be one per case just like Baroness and Scarlett and I'll have to massively overpay for that because none of this stuff makes it to the pegs.

I'm glad for the Retro line since it has offered some reasonably-priced HISS Tanks again, but the rest (other than Scarlett and Jaye) is pretty much uninspired garbage. Still waiting to find the AWE Striker and the FANG isn't looking too great to me.

The main toy aisle stocker at my local walmart is this big, sloppy, creepy looking bastard that just OOZES "skimming/buying the valuable stuff out of the stock before they hit the shelves and scalping them on Ebay makes me want to touch myself"....so I will never find them here

Very underwhelmed. The whole retro line so far has been a bit of a disappointment to me. I was looking forward to Duke but what they gave us is laughable. If I see the stuff on clearance I may take a look but I won't go out of my way to track anything down.
