Set your DVR's or drink some RedBull because here are the G.I. JOE actors and actresses that will hit the late night talk show circuit this week:
The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien @ 11:35 PM EST Wed. 8/5 Sienna Miller Interview click here for part 1 Interview click here for part 2 Jimmy Kimmel Live @ 12:05 AM EST Thurs. 8/6 Sienna Miller Fri. 8/7 Rachel Nichols Late Night with Jimmy Fallon @ 12:35 AM EST Mon. 8/3 Marlon Wayans Interview click here Tues. 8/4 Channing Tatum Interview click here paintball clip w/ Fallon & Tatum Letterman looks like it's in re-runs all week and no G.I. Joe actors showed up in the listings for Craig Ferguson and Carson Daly, but some of the listings could change, so check your local listings to be sure, but I'll probably update this list if anything changes Last edited by SNAKE EYES; 08-11-2009 at 05:23 PM.. |

Here is a link to the interview with Jimmy Fallon and Marlon Wayans it was actually a pretty good interview Fallon and Wayans talked about G.I. Joe for most of the interview and for the Wayans haters he brought pictures of his kids torturing his Joe action figure. Oh and the Roots played an 80's themed version of the Joe theme when Marlon came out. Skip to around the 21 minute mark and you should be at the beginning of the interview: Jimmy Fallon/Marlon Wayans NBC

I think I may skip the Sienna Miller interviews. She's bound to insult the movie or at least appear uncomfortable about it.
I saw the Marlon Wayans one. I think it was okay. He's likeable. And he talked about getting in shape for the role and wanting to try things other than just comedy. I don't think he'll be as irritating as Ripcord as some people want him to be. |

Too bad more of them weren't on Conan. I cannot stand Kimmel or Fallon.
I'd also love to see more directors appear on these talk shows to promote movies, but that's just because I'm an aspiring filmmaker. The only ones I ever actually saw were James Cameron and Robert Rodriguez on The Tonight Show. Earlier this year Dennis Quaid was on The Tonight Show, and Jay said he'd just read Quaid had finished shooting G.I. Joe and asked, "Are you playing G.I. Joe?" Quaid said, "Well, there is no G.I. Joe anymore, as you and I knew him," and Jay pretended to explode shouting, "Don't you ever say that! G.I. Joe lives forever!" Haha!! It was funny. Quaid then proceeded to explain the difference between the Joe they grew up with and "newer" Joe the movie is based on. But he sounded pretty excited to have been a part of it and said he hopes to have a larger role in the sequels. |

Wow that was a cool interview I loved when Tatum and Fallon shot the 4 targets of CC, Serpentor, the Baroness, and Destro all in cartoon/comic style with paintball guns very cool and funny.
