Got a shipment notification from Pulse, & my face lit up...clicked into the order, & it's the Hellfire Club Guards I ordered lol Slight frown. I mean, that's cool, but my SSCC, Heroes of Endor, & Hellfire CLUB order still has no movement, & I ordered that days prior to the HC Guards.

So, I received a notification on the 8th that my PDD was shipping. Cool.
Well, checked tracking today because I want my toys now (lol) and Fed Ex still shows it as waiting to receive shipment from shipper... The cluster continues... |

Looks like my Wampa shipment from Pulse has been lost by FedEx Smartpost. FedEx accepted it on the 5th and there's been no movement since. A call to FedEx customer svc resulted in no additional info. They just said that since it was shipped via the cheapest method that I would have to contact Pulse to initiate lost package procedures. Ugh.

I am not saying you should not contact Hasbro, by all means do. I just wanted to say my situation seemed hopeless but in the end Fed Ex found my package with no intervention from myself or the comic book company. |
