Hey, was there ever an 80s hair/shit metal band named "Sabretooth"? If not, there should've been. I know there was a "Mastodon" and Van Halen was originally "Mammoth"...seems like "Sabretooth" would be some low-hanging fruit. Also, if I ever start a horribly generic metal band, I'm gonna call it "The Corpse!"

Isn't this design used in that upcoming videogame? I remember a shot of a character dressed in cold weather gear
Edit: I guess already debunked. Still totally expect an arctic wave of some kind similar to the special mission one |

Nice design. Maybe this was the beginnings of another Dino-riders line.

Yeah...um, well, that's a helluva goofy stretch there. We know you're a Lanard shill and your purpose here is to get us hepped up about those shit toys, but your silly snark towards GI Joe actually has the opposite effect for some of us. This is, after all, a forum devoted to GI Joe. You may want to re-think your strategy.

Yeah...okay a shill, not at all, the primal clash line was sold through Walmart from 2018 through 2019. It's just a nice poetic symmetry to the shoe being on the other foot.
I actually spoke with Kirk Bozigian about the Hasbro Lanard product lines recently... Have a read. https://www.instagram.com/p/CCZ4QaqA...d=l0ajujrukt7s Yes this is a gijoe forum, and I get it, I have a thread on here and I catch hell from time to time, mainly over Lanard's buyers taking a year to bring the corps back to domestic retail, I accept frustration, the snickering remarks, the whole joe mentality and yes, I do fire back, but I do it from a realist point of view, these are toys. Yes, many of you grew up brand loyalists and that is perfectly fine and understandable. But the Corps! Have evolved they are no longer just a lower cost alternative. They're their own brand, with their own cohesive storyline. I know sometimes you read something and take offense, I'm loyal too, so let's just all try to get along, I just found this story amusing especially how it's funny that Lanard did do this very thing with a figure and sabertooth, let's move on, be friends and agree on what we like, fun toys.

Except in this instance, you're pushing a narrative that doesn't apply. The artist reached out to me to note that the info being shared was incorrect; This was not and is not a Hasbro design for any product or game, it was a workshop study completed in college.

I painted it in if Hasbro's ever interested. Pretty easy. All I did was take everything I know about color theory and throw it in the traaash.
