THIS. Exactly this. It's not like people are lying about them being hard to find, or that they're not trying. We're glad, really we are, that it was so "easy" for you. But maybe, just maybe it was luck? Don't confuse the two. It's like saying it was "easy" for you to win the mega millions because all you had to do was buy a ticket with the right numbers on it.

If I were into Transformers, I'd be in hog heaven in my area. They're on every shelf at every store, 3-4 deep, for days at a time. I saw Thrust at 4 different Targets in my area, for like, 2 weeks before they sold. But Joes? NOPE. Those pegs have been empty since December.

Only reason I stated they were “easy” because I clicked and bought. Not wasted days going to stores I new wouldn’t have any. Then coming here posting about not having any . Then going to a store again that still doesn’t have any. Then complain about that store still not having any.

No, actually it is *hope* that the store with exclusive rights to the figures actually stocks them–or restocks them in some cases. Keep in mind that not everyone has the means or the desire to pay 3-5x the retail price for figures that are supposed to be found in retail stores at the present time. That's not really a measure of "sanity".

If the former, I wish it were so simple. In my case, I "clicked and bought" 3 Vipers and only received one of them from Target.

That's not a matter of "easy" or "hard," and conflates "clicking and buying" with "receiving" (arguably the most important part of the transaction, I think we can all agree).

If not Target, then it's fine to say as much - but adds an element of insincerity and incongruity into the argument. It's very easy to get these figures on eBay (if you're willing to pay the price). But that doesn't appear to be what you're suggesting, I hope.

It's also clear that we're headed into the online discourse stage of "you all complain too much about the difficulty of getting this line," which is going to quickly morph into 3 days and 7 pages of complaining about whether or not we complain too much. Which - well, too meta and not something I'm interested in debating. I have my experiences and opinions, and if they're not shared by others, I feel no need to defend them or critique yours.
