Mostly, yes. The refunds and gift cards were consistently "shut up" offers.

I consistently told them I'd like two things, nothing else:
1) fulfill my orders
2) connect me with someone in corporate who can explain the fulfillment/logistics failures that led to the orders being delayed and canceled.

Every time; "we understand, we apologize for the inconvenience, have a gift card." "we understand, we apologize for the inconvenience, I've refunded your order."

Every time the message was clear: "shut up and go away."

I physically saw Troopers twice, BH 4 times, and RB hung out for awhile. I have not seen FF or the Viper in the wild - ever. Couple this with the Popfindr blocking and it was bad.

Can't wait for wave 3...

The only CI figure I never saw in a store (except for the one time a guy beat me there by 5 minutes and I saw him walking out with it) was the Viper. I saw multiples of BH, FF, Trooper, RB, and even Baroness and Bike, all on the shelf.

I actually walked by Beach Head, Road Block and Baroness several times. I thought,"Oh man these things will be around. SWEET." I finally bought a second BH to keep MIB because it was the Blue Eyed Variant. I had initially planned to use it as a base to create a Commando Snake Eyes (I bought a headsculpt at One12Shop). But now I just want to have one MIB for my collection.

All that to say I never saw extra Vipers. NEVER. Saw Firefly a few times but he didn't last long.

The only CI figures I ever saw where the 5 Vipers I got. Never saw Wave 1 at all, even Roadblock. I got a Baroness from a local and even then I paid over retail and it was sheer luck that I called it before the other dozen or so locals who wanted her.

My weekend hunting trips involves 3 in my city, 2 more about 20 miles away, and then 2 in the next state over. This isn't including the same number of Walmarts I'll hit up too. Within the timeframe of CI wave 1 none of the Targets I hit had any. Only two of the Targets I went to ever had Wave 2. Hell as far as I know none of us on TFW's Portland OR area locals saw a Firefly either and me and only one other guy saw Vipers.

Finding and buying all kinds of cool figures. Have over 50 preorders with BBTS. Bought a bunch of Stars Wars figs on ebay that are not in stores. Looking to do the same with Marvel. Gijoe I still look for. But don’t expect to find anything. It is the last toy line on my mind as of late . I have preorders with BBTS. So I will get Joes eventually . Until then I have other plastic crack to buy !!!

Same. Just got the last of the Amazon Transformers Galactic Odyssey set in yesterday and it's goddamn amazing. Transformers is my other vice and as a big G1 fan, the WfC Trilogy combined with Studio Series 86 has effectively been a goddamn golden age of G1 nostalgia since the start of the whole trilogy thing back in 2014.

I'm holding on hope on that Partner Exclusive page. Hasbro has to know. They HAVE to know that barely any collector got the Cobra Island stuff and it's an Ebay exclusive. I can't imagine putting up a page like on that on Pulse and not eventually getting Cobra Island stuff also.

My theory is that the Northwest received a smaller amount of CI wave 1 than most other regions. Here in the greater Seattle area I saw Roadblock a couple times, trooper once, beachhead once, and my dad found Baroness once. Always amazed at the difference when folks in other parts of the country say they saw them all multiple times.

For wave 2 I was at least able to get them on release day so it seems like the distribution was a little better, but I haven't been looking since then so I am curious how many later shipments there might have been.
