A little late but I agree my son was into these about a year or so ago. I don't think he still collects them but he had a box of marvel and dc characters. I remember most lost their paint from him tossing them in the box

I liked the Micro-collection back in the day, so I'll pick these up. They've also done some display base/playsets for other lines, so it could be pretty cool.

These things are $1 and about an inch tall. They're not going to look anywhere near as good as a normal figure, and they're not supposed to. They're trinkets for kids.

Reminds me of the micro Joes that came out in the late 80’s.

GI Joe figures with zero points of articulation just seems kind of weird.
So far it seems like a pass. But if they come out with some army builders it might end up being a different story. Ha ha it would be a way cheaper army than something like Warhammer 40K. |

What Hasbro doesn't realize is the 3.75 scale did not kill Joe at retail. The 25th/ME line was the hottest thing on the shelves at the time. It was a Garbage Movie and going all in on the supporting line at the expense of a Hot Line that was selling well that killed Joe at Retail.

POC while a great line did not sell nearly as well as 25th/ME and it and 30th did not even get carried at a lot of retail and certainly not in great numbers after the bath they took on ROC.

This is Hasbro leveraging the brand in making it an actual franchise. And if the line was as hot as you claim, retailers and Hasbro would NOT have been so quick to let it fade away.

I don't understand some of angry; no one is saying you have to buy these. If you don't buy every piece of Marvel merchandise it isn't like you not "true" Marvel fan. |
